Wishes on Special Occasion The Sabha was giving good wishes to the members on their birthdays and marriage anniversaries through WhatsApp in the Members Group. We tried our best to ensure that there are no errors in it. Nevertheless, some errors remained from time to time, for which we apologize to those members. Presently we are trying to prepare the data base to do this work smoothly again. The then coordinator of ‘Brotherhood Development Committee’ Mr. Manoj Agarwal and Mrs. Anima Goyal had commendable cooperation in this work. Friends, we all know that it was a huge responsibility to do this work properly, yet the program coordinators made every effort to do it correctly. On behalf of the Sabha, I express my heartfelt gratitude to them. Publication on Local Newspapers Local newspapers published articles highlighting the achievements of Agarwal Sabha Chairman Mr. Dindayal Sivotia and Vice President Mr. Suresh Garg in social work. We, the Sabha family congratulate him and wish him a healthy and long life. Facebook Page Creation Facebook page ‘Agarwal Sabha Guwahati’ has been created with the aim of making the work of the Sabha accessible to the members. All of you are requested to like this Facebook page and join it, so that you can keep getting information about the activities of the organisation. The main role in creating the Facebook page has been played by our executive member Mr. Pankaj Poddar, to whom we thank wholeheartedly. 14-09-2020 To understand GST  easily and to explain the questions and curiosities of the members in easy language, a webinar was organized on Zoom App. Mr. Omprakash Aggarwal (Guwahati) and Mr. Abhishek Tibrewal (Kolkata) were invited as its key speakers. He also answered the questions of the members in very simple language. Program coordinator Shri Vinod Kumar Lohia conducted it in a very organized manner. We thank all 3 of you for your cooperation. 18-10-2020 For the students appearing for C.A. and other professional examinations, an interactive session “Last Moment Exam Study” was conducted on Zoom App by inviting instructors Mr. Kamal More and Ms. Priyanka Jain, in which more than 50 students participated. We thank them for a very good session. 14-11-2020 On the occasion of Diwali, greetings were given to the community members through local newspapers. 01-12-2020 Dr. Shyamsundar Agarwal was personally congratulated by the members by visiting his residence and honoring him on being elected Vice President of All India Marwari Conference. 27-12-2020 Agarwal Sabha’s first Hindi Calendar 2021 was published. We express our gratitude to all advertisers for supporting its publication. Also, the cooperation of Mr. Anil Goyal in publication and Mr. Deepak Singhania in distribution was commendable. 26-01-2021 On the occasion of 72nd Republic Day, the flag hoisting program was organized in front of Haryana Bhawan in collaboration with Haryana Charitable Trust. The coordinators of this program were Mr. Surendra Goyal and Mr. Sushil Goyal. 16-05-2021 Agrawal Sabha “Covid Awareness Programme” was organized on Zoom app in collaboration with the C.A. Institute and Marwari Hospital. The views were expressed in very simple language by Dr. Dinesh Agarwal, Dr. Sudha Agarwal and Dr. Ritesh Jain and the doubts of the members present were resolved. The program was conducted by Ms. Vasundhara Jalan and the coordinator of the program was Mr. Kamal Mour. We thank all of them. 14-08-2021 On the eve of the 75th anniversary of independence, a program named “Ek Sham Desh Ke Naam” was organized through Zoom app. The coordinator of this program, Mrs. Kanta Aggarwal organized the program. It was conducted very beautifully. Agarwal Sabha hopes of continued support of Mrs. Kanta Agarwal. 09-04-2022 On the arrival of Lok Sabha Speaker Shri Om Birla in Guwahati, he was given a civic welcome on behalf of the Marwari community, in which the Sabha also participated. 14-04-2022 Speaker of Delhi Legislative Assembly Shri Ramnivas Goyal was honored by the Agarwal Sabha on his arrival in Guwahati. 16-04-2022 & 17-04-2022 The Sabha participated in the Luitpuriya Bihu conference organized by Poopramas. 24-04-2022 Executive President Mr. Pradeep Bhuvalka was awarded ‘Corona Mahayoddha Award’ by the North Eastern Pradeshiya Marwari Samellan. 17-07-2022 The then President of All India Marwari Samellan, Shri Gauvardhan Gadodia was honored by various social organizations, in which the Sabha also participated. 29-07-2022 President and Minister participated in the oath taking ceremony of ‘Lions Club of Guwahati Anmol’. 16-10-2022 Shri Deendayal Siotiya, Chairman of Agarwal Sabha, was honored with the title of ‘Agargaurav’ by Agarwal Samaj, Bongaigaon. 03-02-2023 Mr. Pankaj Jalan, a youth friend of our society and a member of the Agarwal Sabha, was congratulated by the Sabha on being elected the President of the North-Eastern State Marwari Youth Forum and a good wishes message was sent to him. 22-03-2023 Congratulatory messages of Hindu New Year 2080, Chaitra Navratri and Gudi Padwa festival were sent to the community members through digital medium. 27-03-2023 In the 16th provincial convention, National President Shri Gauvardhan Prasad Gadodiya presented the award for Provincial General Secretary to the President of the Assembly, Shri Ashok Agarwal. 30-03-2023 We are proud that we Agarwal brothers are descendants of Maryada Purushottam Shri Ram. On the occasion of his birth anniversary, congratulatory messages were sent to the community members. 09-04-2023 By the Constituent organizations of the society, North-Eastern Pradesh Marwari Samellan and North-Eastern Pradeshiya Marwari Yuva Manch, Shri Gulabchand Kataria was given a civic welcome courtesy of the Youth Forum, in which the gathering participated. Along with this, the oath taking ceremony of the new executive (2023-25) of both the institutions was also organized. 09-04-2023 on the election of the Vice President of the organization Shri Vinod Kumar Lohia as the General Secretary of Pupramas, congratulatory messages and best wishes were sent. 23-04-2023 Congratulations and good wishes were sent to Shri Dinesh Agarwal, who is also a member of the Sabha and the founder trustee of the Education Fund, on his election as the President of Marwari Samellan Kamrup branch for the session 2023-25. 02-06-2023 Aggarwal Sabha extended congratulatory message and best

23-11-2019 With the help of Mrs. Meera Devi Goyal, mother of Treasurer Mr. Anil Goyal, a drinking water machine was installed in Marwari Hospital, Guwahati. 30-11-2019 Blankets were distributed among the cow servants in Guwahati Gaushala and Maligaon Gaushala and later food arrangements were also made, in which Shri Pradeep Bhuwalka had commendable cooperation. 07-12-2019 With the help of Mrs. Manju Agarwal, wife of our President Mr. Ashok Agarwal, the second drinking water machine was installed in Marwari Hospital, Guwahati. 17-03-2020 to 21-03-2020 As you all know that at the time of March 2020 when nobody knew much about Corona. No one had much information. At the time, Pamphlets and Banners were distributed by the Sabha to increase awareness among the people. Realizing its social responsibility after the announcement of lockdown, the Sabha appealed to the members for financial support through Whatsapp Group. The respected members provided full cooperation on this. 30-03-2020 to 31-05-2020 During the Corona period, a program for distribution of food items was organized in collaboration with Marwari Sammelan, Guwahati branch. Since all the hotels etc. were closed due to the lockdown and they were facing the problem of food. With Beltola Gurdwara Committee in this difficult time Together, Khichdi was distributed among the drivers and attendants of trucks and other vehicles coming from outside for five (5) consecutive days. We also received a letter of thanks from Beltola Gurdwara Committee for the commendable contribution. The cooperation of our Executive Chairman Shri Pradeep Bhuwalka in carrying out this work was commendable. 29-04-2020 The migrant Rajasthanis who were stranded here during the Corona period were sent to their homes by Marwari Sammelan by buses. Agarwal Sabha also supported this program with all its heart, mind and money. Our actions have also been recognized by other organizations in society, including the International Human Rights Council. During the Corona period and even after that, blood donation work was done from time to time by our organization. In this includes the blood donation camp on the 90th birthday of Late Shiv Prasad Lohia , and other Blood Donation Camp in memory of Late Kesardev Bajaj and Late Rampyari Devi was conducted by the Bajaj family. On behalf of the Sabha, we thank the Lohia and Bajaj families for their noble work. August 2020 Flood relief material was distributed in the flood affected areas of Boko and Hajo under the supervision of Vice President Shri Pitram Kedia. 07-10-2020 In a meeting, the Sabha appreciated the work done by more than 65 sanitation workers working as Frontline Covid Warriors by giving them gifts and honoring them with gamchhas at Haryana Bhawan. Shri Indarchand Agarwal and Shri Suresh Garg had commendable cooperation in this work. 22-11-2020 With the help of ‘Triveni Foundation’, a pedestal sewing machine was given to a needy person. 08-01-2021 Distribution of blankets and food among the cow servants in Gauhati Gaushala and Maligaon Gaushala. The cooperation of Shri Pradeep Kumar Bhuwalka in this work is highly appreciated. was commendable 11-01-2021 With the help of Shri Kamal Sikariya, a tri-cycle was given to a needy person. 18-01-2021 Sweaters and shawls were distributed among more than 150 villagers in Madhya Mayapur village located in the interior area of ​​Noonmati. Shri Sushil Goyal, Shri Mahendra Mittal and Shri Manoj Poddar had provided special support in this work. The coordinator of this program, Mr. Makhan Aggarwal conducted the program very smoothly. 17-04-2021 Financial assistance of Rs 20,000 was provided to a resident of Vijayanagar for his treatment. 27-05-2021 A seminar titled “Longevity Covid Kavach” was organized through Zoom app. This program was done in collaboration with Dr. Amit Mishra and Dr. Mamta Mishra (Mumbai) and Vivekananda Health Global. In this seminar, members were highlighted how to protect themselves from Corona through Ayurvedic methods and how to keep their body healthy after that. This program was conducted by Mrs. Kanta Agarwal. 21-06-2021 On the occasion of International Yoga Day, a yoga camp was organized on Zoom app in collaboration with Vivekananda Health Global. About 50 members participated in it. Agarwal Sabha will always be grateful to Dr. Amit Mishra of Vivekananda Health Global. 27-05-2021 to 30-06-2021  (Maharaja Agrasen Anna Seva) During the Corona period, it was realized that all the people in the families who get infected with Corona have to face problems for food. Keeping this in mind, during the Corona epidemic, our organization provided food to people at various places in the city with the help of Triveni Foundation. Convenor of Jan Seva Samiti Mr. Sushil Goyal, Program Coordinator Mr. Prabhash Poddar and Executive Chairman Mr. Pradeep Bhuwalka had important contribution in running this program successfully. 08-03-2022 Health camp was organized at Haryana Guest House. Social worker Dr. O.P. Agarwal who came from Pune provided free services in this. He told about how the body can be kept healthy through physical exercise. About 55 people took advantage of this camp. 2021 till 2023 Before the formal formation of the Education Fund, financial assistance for education was continuously provided to 3 needy children of the society with the help of community members.
